The assistant Paul, was extremely knowledgable and asked what we wanted. Then proceed to suggest numerous options for us to look at. Then helped us pick what was best for us and at a price we were comfortable with. But didn’t force anything on us and made us feel welcome and that we could say no at any point.

The sales person was very knowledgable about beds. He did not hurry us but made sure we tried a few beds taking every care to meet our requirements
