Efficient, helpful and knowledgeable customer service. Good choice of beds

Assistant very helpful, but not pushy. She was knowledgeable about the products you had on sale. She appeared to try and get us the best deal possible

The Lady who attended to us was very friendly, knowledgeable and very informative helping us to make a good choice from the vast range of mattresses in your store, we were very pleased we had made the right decision.

We went into dreams a few weeks ago or maybe months ago and were approached by a colleague, I think his name was Razzi. He suggested we try the sleep technology thing, so we did. He helped us choose a mattress, bed frame and also pillows. We went back this weekend to make our purchase as we have found our house now. He remembered us and picked up exactly where we left off from. We also had help from other team members as well making different suggestions and just taking an interest in what we were going through.

The Staff were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, I will be returning soon to buy a pillow and divan bed thank yo.
