The assistant showed us exactly what we were looking for, displaying plenty of knowledge answering our questions, and left us to ourselves when we needed it.

The customer service was outstanding and welcoming from the start. The product we bought was just what we were looking for. We were not pushed into buying the bed as we have experienced else where. The social distance markers were clearly display around the store and hand gel was prominently place for our usage, also the store was extremely clean and tidy. Overall we visited twice before purchasing and received the same service on both occasions.

I went into the store with buying a tempur mattress in mind and the sales assistant was still very thorough and really tested my assumption that this was the best mattress for us. Her product knowledge was excellent and she was very balanced. We did not feel pressured but we did feel very confident that we were making the right choice because of her very factual and honest advice to us. She was very clear when explaining the terms and conditions of the sleep guarantee too. Once we had decided on what we were buying she then shared with us that she too owned the same brand of mattress and had found it transformational. This again made us feel very reassured that we were making the right choice. I liked the fact that we were offered pillows to match our requirements so that when we tested mattresses we could gain a better overall picture of how it was going to feel. COVID precautions in place and bottled water was a nice touch. Very good overall experience.
