Really loved the mattress mapping machine and the staff were really helpful, the bottles of water and offer of drinks were much appreciated. We were able to try several different types of mattresses and get expert advice.

We were looking for something specific within a budget and the assistant quickly took this on board and helped us find what suited us. Also important to us that there wasn’t a long lead time before delivery.

Assistant was extremely helpful, encouraged us to use the sleep machine and identify our needs and budget. Friendly, made us coffee, took time to understand what we wanted.

It was interesting to use the sleep technology in the store to find out what mattress suited my sleeping preference. This really helped me make a good purchase and the lady who helped me was really informative and friendly

The overall experience was a joy. Sales person Jane was great knowledgeable and patient.

The lady who helped us was very helpful, she gave us the time to browse and then helped us find what we were looking for. She gave great advice and made us feel at ease, by not being pushy with a sale. She gave us a quote which we took away with us to decide, and then when we came back in, the same lady helped us with our purchase.

From the start we were well looked after by Laura. The analysis bed was really interesting and stopped us just jumping on random mattresses. Laura was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and not at all ‘pushy’. Well done indeed - we ended up spending much more than we originally planned!

The staff were not overbearing, listened to our needs and provided excellent, clear advice. They offered refreshments while we waited to process the order and the sales area was COVID compliant. Not a bad thing to say - all the staff were very cheerful and professional.
