We were served by Jane on the day, we had no pressure to purchase and we were looked after really well. The best bit was how we asked many questions and Jane knew and was confident- we purchased over £2k based solely on Jane’s expertise.

Assistant (Rob) helped by answering our questions clearly and explained many more things in making our decision on which item to buy. Extremely polite and friendly which helps for an easy transaction.

We visited on 2 days. Jan on day 1 to go over what was best for us and our needs and Laura day 1 to buy what we had discussed with Jan the day before hand. both were extremely professional and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble and they made the whole process very easy and enjoyable

We visited on two occasions and were greeted by two highly professional members of staff. We spoke to Rob on our first visit and then Jane who took us through all the options and we felt that her product knowledge and patience with our thinking the options through were very helpful.

The shop was working as a team and they were smiling and enjoying themself engaging with us all. We were served by Robert and he was very professional and knowledgeable so we spent far more than we intended but happy in our minds money well spent,.
