Great service, friendly staff. Did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied with the bed I bought.

The assistant was very helpful and listened to our needs. Explained everything in detail. Nothing was a problem.

Jane was the shop assistant she was so helpful. We didn’t know what mattress to choose so she recommended we used the mattress matched fir 3 minutes. She took her time with us and helped guide us to the correct mattress for us. So helpful with choosing the bed frame too. There was no sales pressure from the shop. Very friendly staff

The staff member was really helpful from when we walked in the door to when we left after purchasing our bed. She gave us lots of options to choose from and seemed very knowledgeable about all the products.

Paul was excellent, very knowledgeable and attentive throughout. He bent over backwards to accommodate our needs and made sure we had what we wanted within his remit.

I was approached promptly and in a friendly way by staff upon arrival and guided to the bed assessment tool, before being shown the different beds which would best suit my sleeping preferences. I found it positive and refreshing that staff actively encouraged considering spending less, if the right mattress would suit my needs better. This ultimately led me to feel confident to invest more in the product. Thanks to the Plymouth team! :)
