Staff very understanding of our needs, highly helpful and very patient. Very approachable staff

From the time we got into store,the staff were very helpful.After showing us the different types of beds and mattresses . It was nice to be left alone and walk around to make up our minds to what we want.

Upon arrival we were asked straight away if we needed any help which showed the shop assistant was happy to help straight away. We were able to try out the test mattress which helped tell the assistant what mattresses were suitable for us and then we were taken around the shop, viewing a select few mattresses which were suitable to us - which I found great as I wouldn’t have a clue which mattresses to look at else.

From arrival your colleague was very helpful, also left us alone to discuss and decide and answered all our questions which led to us completing an order - good customer service!

The staff were amazing, could not fault them. We just found that the "medium" mattresses were half price compared to the "firm" mattresses and we were needing a firm mattress but were considering purchasing medium purely due to cost.

Staff were friendly but not ‘in your face’. Explained clearly how beds were set out in the store and allowed us time to look and decide without pressure.

Staff were really friendly and knowledgeable with help on the mattress test and on to what products were for us and what each one offered and would feel like.

The whole shopping was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and worked as a team. The atmosphere in the store was very positive. I was given time to shop and think no pressure sales at all. I was even offered a drink while we went through the paperwork. I left the shop thinking that was that was such a brilliant shopping experience. 10 out of 10.
