Very pleasant and helpful assistant. (Jane) Offered drinks. Let us test out mattresses and give us pillows to try the comfort of the bed. Fully demonstrated use of the bed. Also used the sleep match bed machine to test out comfort for mattress. Quick and easy purchase. Very good quality. Also fast delivery.
