Very helpful and friendly staff, without them pushing to make a sale. Really helpful to know what sort of mattress to try out, and it really speeded things up to be shown the most appropriate mattresses- without being immediately directed to the most expensive.

Greeted by a colleague straight away as soon as coming into the store. Tried the sleep mattress to see which ones are suitable for us. Laura then took the time to show us round on these mattresses and helped us with specific pillows for our sleep style. Laura was very helpful in making the process easy and quick. Also offered us a drink which was nice when it is cold outside.

Laura was very friendly and could not do enough to help us. She answered all of our questions whilst going through options with us in regards to our new matress we purchased.

I was highly statisfied with my visits to the Plymouth branch I was greeted by a lovely lady called Jane she assisted myself and my partner for the duration of our visit. Jane listened to our needs and what we wanted to achieve from the new mattress, Jane was patient and understanding when I was choosing between mattresses I felt comfortable to take my time to make the right decision.

The assistance from Jane was exceptional and she listened to my needs and went through all of the available mattresses and prices and she also made sure my children were looked after.

We have been looking for a new bed for a year and had tried lots of places including the Dreams on Royal Parade. We hadn’t seen anything we liked or had the service that was needed. Rob in your Plympton store was fantastic from start to finish.

I spent several hours visiting & trying out other mattresses in other stores but Dreams gave the best customer service at Coypool Plymouth Devon with Emma who advice was so helpful and efficient I thought you gave the fairest quality and price for the item I needed especially with no delivery charge and taking away my old mattress for £25 Thank you

Paul was knowledgeable and so friendly. My husband is in a wheelchair and unlike previous experiences, Paul correctly identified him as the main purchaser and he was sensitive and proactive in establishing his needs. Highly refreshing experience
