Dreams - Plymouth 2

Jane from the Plymouth store spent a great deal of time with me, showing me the different options available after laying on this machine that told me what type of mattress i needed. Not only did I find an amazing mattress but I got it at an amazing price as it was the one off the shop floor

Jane the lady that helped us was very knowledgeable. Not to pushy. Helped us about the product we bought. Left us alone when we needed to talk amongst ourselves. Made us a coffee. She was polite and courteous.

I found the assistant extremely help. She understood my requirements. Pointed out my options. Answered all questions. Was very professional as well as friendly. Very good communicator. She made everything clear about the order.

The staff was attentive and knowledgeable when required,not smothering or pushy. The reason I haven’t rated the product s higher is purely the fact the mattress has yet to be delivered and tested yet

I was pleased with the amount of choice i had in store. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made conversation with my little boy and made us both hot chocolate. I felt welcome and my time making a decision was uncompromised.

Laura helped us work out what we needed, which was great.

Jane was very friendly and helpful. Was a bit disappointed that the mattress was going to take over 3 weeks to arrive!

certainly didnt expect it to be so easy - as a couple who change there whole bed every 3-5 years for comfort we were amazed at the computerised system, Paulas knowledge and the outstanding customer service we recived
