Emma took the time to explain and show me several different beds and mattresses. The store was laid out very nicely and all the products I tried were of great quality.

Laura in the Plymouth shop was very helpful and used a special computer bed thing that recommended what type of mattress would be best for me and my partner. Can't wait to have the bed arrive. I also got a mattress cover and New duvet due to her great selling technique. Very friendly in the whole shop.
