Dreams - Plymouth 2

On our initial appointment the lady took her time helping us chose the right mattress using the bed technology and all of the mattress protectors, pillows, etc. When we returned to make our purchase the man was very helpful and ensured we had everything we needed, despite having to change the bedframe. It was a quick and painless experience.

The bed TV I was looking for was available

Really lovely staff, Ravi was on probation and did amazingly, following prompts from colleagues and being honest, open, understanding and caring throughout the experience with my 90 year old Nan.

Good customer service

We walked in a little overwhelmed and a member of the team was with us quickly to guide us to the products we would most likely be interested in. The member of staff showed great knowledge of the products and explained things so we could make the right choice of mattress for us. The member of staff made sure we were aware of all our options so that we could put together the base, mattress and headboard of our choosing. The member of staff was very friendly and we didn't feel pushed into the sale. The wait for delivery is not going to be too long and we were able to choose a delivery that suited us for not a lot extra.

The sales assistant was excellent. Helpful, considerate and knowledgeable.

I was approached by assistant jane and explained what I was looking for and problems I had. She first explained if we did the 3min mattress test she could assess the best mattresses for our bodies. We where explained the results and continued to show us several. She was very helpful made us a drink whilst we browsed the beds . We choose what we wanted. And the purchase and delivery was very straight forward. Had trouble with my bank but jane was very patient . I would recommend dreams to everyone
