We were given the right advice, given space when needed to try out the different mattresses once we had a go on the dream assessment bed, and then was available when we needed more advice. Given bottle of water during our visit as it was a warm day while trying to decide which product to go for. The staff were friendly, approachable, very knowledgable with the products and very patient with us while deciding.
