We went out just intending to look at beds but Emma was so helpful and put us at our ease that before we knew it we had bought a bed! We explained that we were having other things done to the house and could not take delivery until the end of July but there was no problem with our time-frame. Emma was not pushy and encouraged us to fully try out a few beds before deciding on the bed for us. I would have walked out of the store if it was a hard sell but I felt I was valued as a customer rather than my credit card being valued! Thank you Emma

There was plenty of choice of bed frames and mattresses for all budgets. I really like going on the bed experience thingy, that measured what bed was suitable for me. There was help from staff if I needed it, but could also browse at my leisure.
