Our assistant was very attentive and took the time to explain the different types of mattress so that we could decide on the right one for my daughter.

The assistant (Emma) was very atentative, listened to what we wanted, gave us time to decide and was not pushy, which to us was what we wanted.

We went out just intending to look at beds but Emma was so helpful and put us at our ease that before we knew it we had bought a bed! We explained that we were having other things done to the house and could not take delivery until the end of July but there was no problem with our time-frame. Emma was not pushy and encouraged us to fully try out a few beds before deciding on the bed for us. I would have walked out of the store if it was a hard sell but I felt I was valued as a customer rather than my credit card being valued! Thank you Emma
