Laura made us feel very welcome in store gave us safety sheets to keep is corona virus protected. She quickly found out what we wanted and my wife's back problems. And suggested we try the simulator thingy. Then showed is several mattresses and gave us the nicest pillow i have ever felt to use (we bought them) we chose our mattress. Half and half. She looked amazing very polite and well spoken and listened to what we needed. Even offered us a bottle of water. Thank you for your assistance Laura.

The store was clean and well laid out, and social distancing was maintained throughout the store. Emma was extremely helpful, she gave us plenty of advice but there was no pressure at all and the whole experience was very pleasant.
