The staff (Paula) were extremely helpful, made you feel at ease I did not feel pressured into buying the bed as once we were shown the ones sleepmatch suggested we were left to try them out on are own and as soon as we had decided Paula was there to take the order.

Laura made us feel very welcome in store gave us safety sheets to keep is corona virus protected. She quickly found out what we wanted and my wife's back problems. And suggested we try the simulator thingy. Then showed is several mattresses and gave us the nicest pillow i have ever felt to use (we bought them) we chose our mattress. Half and half. She looked amazing very polite and well spoken and listened to what we needed. Even offered us a bottle of water. Thank you for your assistance Laura.
