Friendly staff not pushy to sell

Jane in the Plymouth branch was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We visited Dreams with an idea of the style of bedframe that we wanted, but having not bought a new mattress for 12 years, we didn't really know where to begin. With the help of the 'Sleep scanner bed' Jane provided us with a few different mattresses which were thought to be the best for us, across a range of price levels. We were given the time and privacy to make our own decision and we did not feel that we were 'sold' to at any point, which we greatly appreciated. Having looked at competitors after visiting Dreams, it was the professionalism of Jane and her friendly helpful nature that made the decision to buy from Dreams a very easy one.

Both chaps who served me were very helpful, knowledgeable and made the smooth purchase of my bed easier than expected. The email was sent to me instantly ane a text since then re delivery. I took my mum who needed the lift. I told the chap that it was the best lift we'd been in (shop wise). It was a good size and easy to operate. I would not hesitate to use your shop again.

Looked after as soon as we arrived. U derstood what we required and helped us choose wisely.

Excellent service by the sales advisor who was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak too. Lots of advice and options on the mattresses within out budget.

Jane, who served us understood and met our requirements. Whilst we were looking to make comparisons with other retailers, Jane made it easier to make our decision and not to look elsewhere.

My husband and I are both having back issues in our current bed and the sleep simulator we used to narrow down the perfect mattress was amazing. It gave us 5 to choose from. Obviously we could look at any mattress we wanted but the ones chosen were all lovely. The lady was very helpful without being pushy or annoying. She gave us all of our options without forcing anything and then left us alone to make our decision. She was very friendly and made sure we had everything we need for our new bed. She was fab.

Staff very helpful and polite and not pushy, allowed us to walk around the store without feeling pressured but where on hand to help if we needed it. Very pleased with their customer service skills especially Laura. Would definitely shop at the store again. Thank you.
