We made an appointment online to visit the Coypool Road store, this was very easy to do. Upon arriving at the store, Jane greeted us and was very professional and welcoming. The safety measures set out in store due to Covid-19 were exceptional.. Pillow covers, paper towels and the use of hand sanitisers were actively encouraged. Jane's product knowledge was second to none and she knew exactly what type of mattress and bed we were looking for and advised which to try. We visited and bought the same day. The mattress and bed frame were in stock and could be delivered within 10 working days - Amazing service!!

The assistant was very knowledgable, not pushy at all, very friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome and helped over and above .. very impressed. Really liked the machine we went on to analyse sleep
