Emma greeted us as soon as we got through the door and was very friendly and helpful. I showed her the mattress we liked the look of online, she took us straight to the mattress. And we were surprised at how well thought through the process of testing the mattress was, as didn't think we would be able to try to mattress because of Covid. The ordering, payment and arranging a delivery slot was very swift and we felt that all the proper procedures in relation to Covid has been well executed.

Arrived on time and got greeted at the door. Talked through PPE and decided to wear the masks etc. Assistant was very helpful even due to only starting 3 days prior to my visit. Great selection of mattresses to choose from.
