Staff was very helpful, Great level of protection within the shop to do with COVID. After hearing I was Militray offered us 20% discount without us asking if we get military discount. Was not rushed into buying anything and was given different price mattresses to choose from. Explain the different in weekend to week delivery and was never pushy to get a sell.

The two ladies that helped me were brilliant. I went to the branch at cosy pool estate, Plymouth. Jane and the other lady there ( unfortunately dont know her name) were brilliant. The other lady explained the differences in the mattresses and her knowledge was first hand!! Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much ladies.

After visiting other shops we came back to Dreams as our assistant was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We felt very comfortable throughout our visit.

The assistant was extremely knowledgeable of the product required after having explained problems we had both physically and with previous beds we had purchased from other departments
