The whole experience from entering the store to when we placed our order was carried out in a friendly helpful and professional way by Paula with everything explained and enough time with no pressure to decide which products we wanted.

I was nervous about coming in to store, i was greeted on arrival by my sleep consultant he was very knowledgeable on all products and advised me accordingly. I didnt really know what i wanted, I tried out all of the matresses on my list and went back and forward to two mattresses. The store was clean, sanitiser everywhere. I was given my own pillow and tissue, i was offered a drink. The consultant didn't rush me and gave me the opportunity to decide without pressure. Excellent customer service.
