Overall very satisfied and staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. I hate shopping at the best of times due to health issues but felt totally at ease for the whole experience.

Jane, the assistant, greeted us on entry to the store. She actually listened to what we were looking for and gave us great advice. She didn't try the "hard sell" like some stores would have, but gave us a choice and time to ourselves to make up our own mind. She could see that I was getting a bit hot, and gave me a bottle of water to cool me down. Adding all this together I would definitely return to the store, and recommend my friends to visit too.

She didn't try the "hard sell" like some stores would have, but gave us a choice and time to ourselves to make up our own mind. She could see that I was getting a bit hot, and gave me a bottle of water to cool me down. Adding all this together I would definitely return to the store, and recommend my friends to visit too.

From the moment I walked into the store I felt safe and the assistance was more than helpful in getting me the right mattress. I will definitely go back again when I need to, nice for the staff to be so friendly and helpful
