The friendliness understanding my needs, giving me space to look around first and his knowledge I was treated exactly how I would expect from a professional salesman wish there was more like him, must have had excellent training .

The member of staff was very knowledgable and very helpful

We went to Dreams to look for a sofa bed. Tyrone greeted us and offered assistance within seconds of walking in to the store. We looked at the options available, Tyrone took time to explain how each one worked and the additional benefits, the one we chose has a large storage drawer for bedding etc. He gave a delivery day should we go ahead with the purchase. We had to measure up at home, so went back two days later to place the order. Again Tyrone was at hand offered us coffee before going back to look at the sofas, my had originally choose the light colour but changed her mind, the darker colour was her preference choice but unfortunately that was not available. So we ordered the mid colour which she is very happy with. Delivery date given at a convenient date for me. All in all a fantastic service from Tyrone at Dreams 86 year old mother said I had to mention that Tyrone has lovely blue eyes, sorry Tyrone I had to follow mothers orders.

Efficient and knowledgeable staff. Able to test various beds. No fuss and very helpful.

I liked the knowledge and assistance provided. I was particularly impressed with the sleep match bed and programme, though it would have been interesting to see more indepth analsis.
