Dreams - Peterborough

I was extremely pleased with the service I received in Dreams Peterborough today The lady who served me ( her name was Svetlana ) was so kind patient and very helpful to me THANK YOU sooooooooo much Svetlana I’m really looking forward to having my new bed and mattress delivered

Dean approached us after a few moments of us looking around the store and got straight into asking about what we were looking for on our visit. He listened to what we wanted and what the issues were with our current bed to intern help us with what kind of bed we needed. Went to great lengths to make sure we tried all the beds we wanted and what he thought was best. Using the sleep matcher technology really helped. Dean was both very attentive but also gave us our space to browse so he wasn't too pushy. All the staff seemed super friendly. Once we found the mattress and pillows for us, we finalised the sale with a complimentary coffee which was just amazing. All in all, a great first visit with friendly staff also knowing that money was well spent.

Everything was straightforward and simple, the staff were very helpful, and worked to keep in budget.

We were served by Wacas at the Peterborough Store, he was: - knowledgeable about the products; - there when we wanted to ask questions but didn't hassle us! - understood that we were on a time limit and processed our order speedily; - we were very impressed to receive such a quick delivery time (ordered Saturday, delivered Thursday) Very happy to recommend this colleague, thank you.
