My mattress is a number of years old and was looking at options ie mattress topper, just a new mattress or new bed and mattress. I told the sales person this, that there was nothing wrong with my mattress just that it's now too firm for my back. Straight away was told mattress topper, he hunted all over the store to find the demo version for me to try. Not once did he try and convince me I should get a new mattress just to get a bigger sale

Dean the expert made us feel so welcome and his vast knowledge on the sleep machine, beds and materials used was second to none. I would and will be recommending dreams to friends and family. The price and available to fill all our needs and requirement was amazing.

It’s quite simple for me. I had a young man called Manoj come and ask if he could be of help. He was not one of these high pressure salesmen, which I found very refreshing. He was most helpful and pleasant, hence my purchasing goods from this store.

Friendly welcome, asked how they could help. We had just had a very bad experience buying a bed from elsewhere, however, the Dreams staff immediately took away any apprehensions we had. Placed my wife and I on the scanner, then took us to the beds that exactly felt right. Staff provided excellent advice, but did not push for a sale. Thank you.
