Staff member was really helpful, offered me to pick pillows up during week, however I then got a call later on and they sorted delivery for me, very helpful and generous of them!

We were greeted on entry then given a little time to walk around. The mattress selection system was explained to us and we were given then info on the best options for us. Amrit listened carefully to our comments an helped us find the right mattress. He then spent time helping us find a bed base, demonstrating different storage options. We were offered drinks. At checkout everything was clearly explained.

The sales advisor Amrit was very thorough, offered refreshments and sales products, he was friendly and not pushy at all, the sale was efficient and done in a short time allowing me to continue with my day without stress.

The sales assistant was helpful and knowledgable and most importantly, patient. We had an idea of what we wanted in mind and after his advice and recommendation we changed our requirements, but at no point was he pushy or impatient. He let us make a decision and got us a great deal. Thank you !
