Dreams - Peterborough

We arrived at the Peterborough store to look for a new double bed and mattress following a move into a new house the previous week. To that end we had a budget but also an expectation that would make it difficult to get the products we would ideally like within cost. We viewed a number of beds and mattresses and at no stage were we pushed towards the higher end of products we were looking at; there was also excellent engagement throughout by the Dreams staff member throughout (and all social distancing and hygiene aspects were closely attended to). Having set upon the combination we wanted we elected to buy two of each in order to furnish the spare room, this was not the plan before we were in store. Whilst both frames were available the second mattress was out of stock; however, we were shown a number of similar alternatives within the same price band and found an equally good product and so went ahead with the full purchase of two double beds and mattresses. Friendly, professional, high quality to cost and great service.

The shop manager made our selection very easy. My mum is 84 years old, and suffered with her hips. He dealt with her in a lovely way, listening to her requirements. At the same time keeping her safe.
