Dreams - Peterborough

We were very satisfied with our visit to Dreams, as it was the first time we have visited. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgable.

I was welcomed on entering the store. I was given information on what to look out for and experienced the sleep mattress computer. I was then offered assistance and checked on while I browsed but was given space and time and not pressurised into a decision.

Amrit was very helpful and had a friendly attitude. He was efficient and dealt with our situation with understanding. We did not feel under pressure to make a purchase. We will certainly return to the store if we need anything bed-related in the future.

Exelent service and great salesman

The salesperson who helped us was knowledgeable and patient taking time to understand our requirements and giving us a range of options to choose from. Although we had told him that there was no specific budget he gently lead us through a range of options starting in the middle of the price range and showing the difference between the higher and lower specifications.

We came to look into cars, Colin was very helpful and friendly, explained the item very well, it was a smooth transaction, happy with the purchase

Easy to ask for help as plenty of staff available. Dean was excellent and certainly knew the products. Within a short space of time he had identified my needs. The only slight hiccup was a failure of the computer at the payment stage. This was rectified quite quickly.

Amrit took the time to explain the sleep match machine and how it worked then stayed with us and monitored our laying position to recommend a pillow to use and offered alternatives if not 100% comfortable, the. Proceed to guide us round the bed types and frames

Friendly helpful and patient staff spent alot of time trying beds to find the right one which I was pleased with in the end.
