From the start as we walked through the door a gentleman asked what we were looking for and he showed us the beds and asked us to try them ,then another gentleman, Colin, showed us a bed which was on sale because it was an ex display bed ,the mattress and divan plus head board which we were very happy with and purchased the whole bed ,we were very well cared for .

I was very impressed with the bed analysis machine. The knowledge of the staff member was very good and he was pleasant, patient and knew exactly our needs. Can’t fault the service. Great choice of mattresses also.

What a pleasure shopping at this store. From the moment we stepped in the service was friendly and professional. At no time did we feel under pressure to make a purchase and we were given as much time as we needed to browse before we decided. Excellent product knowledge too
