Were were greeted at he door and explained the safety procedures. The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful without putting any pressure on us to buy. He gave independent advice to make sure we knew what was the best bed and mattress to suit our needs. We felt that he valued our custom and did everything possible to making our shopping experience a pleasure. A good role model for the company.

Colin was very helpful during our visit, he asked us what our needs were, he recommended sleep match which was brilliant, he made sure we were happy and could find everything whilst browsing but without being pushy. Very polite and kind gentleman
