Tyrone was an excellent representative for Dreams. Knowledgeable, personable and asked a few simple questions to direct us to the options best suited to our needs. We decided to look elsewhere to check the quality and value in DFS (same retail park). We found the service from Tyrone to be far superior and DFS staff to be rather rude. We came back, Tyrone recognized us and swiftly completed our order. Would definitely shop again at this store and recommend to friends and family.

We were greeted at the entrance and shown where the items we looking for were situated, we were left to look at items on show, when we were ready to talk to an assistant Tyrone the store manager came to our aid and told us all about the items we had selected, he then invited us to take a seat while we carried out the paperwork/ purchase, Tyrone offered us a drink which we declined as we had only just had one, I could not fault Tyrone and his staff they were professional and courteous at all times.
