Customer care was excellent and I was explained everything in detail.Was given more options on different varieties of products to choose from and was what my options were and all the discounts that I was given or entitled to.

We entered the store and were greeted by Wakas ,the assistant manager with a big hello and smile .He was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable.All our questions were answered satisfactory.The whole experience was very pleasant .

We received a quality service and found the product we required.

We came to find a mattress, Dean seemed to be very knowledgeable and explained options well. I feel in result we got the correct mattress.

Sveteana, the Dreams representative, met us politely with a welcoming smile and offered assistance for our search for a new mattress. Smart, informative and attentive to our needs Sveteana guided us professionally and extremely knowledgably throughout the experience. She listened, asked questions and provided helpful feedback but was never too invasive, providing us with the perfect balance between attentiveness and providing some space for my partner and I to converse privately about our choices. If we were actively recruiting sales personnel we agreed that we would be most interested to offer her a position to enhance our team. She is a fabulous asset to compliment the Dreams organisation.

Being in the 75-80 age group I was a little nervous about buying a bed on my own but had been uncomfortable for so long, I plucked up the courage. I couldn't havre chosen a better store. The gentleman, Colin, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase, he explained everything and was very patient with me trying to make a decision. I couldn't have asked for more. I just can't wait for 9 May!

When visiting the store we was greeted by Svetlana who was very poliite, helpful a good listener. Svetlana helped us to find the ultimate bed that we needed. We have purchased the divan bed, mattress and headboard. We are looking forward to it being delivered. That is why we were highly satisfied with our experience at dreams.
