Interacted with 2 staff members and both were excellent. I was very impressed with their knowledge. WRT order time, We ended up buying our bed frame elsewhere as the wait for yours was too long (3 months). A shorter wait time, or clearer detail when browsing the store abut what is available and when would be helpful.

This was the second time we had visited this store. The first time we left the store after being served by the manager. He made it very clear that if we were not purchasing that day he wasn’t interested and moved on to the next. This time we were served by Jacob who was very helpful and answered all of our questions and ONLY based on his service NOT the managers we would recommend to friends.
