Was dreading having to try numerous beds but, with the help of your machine and very efficient salesman this was not the case and the whole experience was good

I was greeted and set an expectation of when I would be assisted which was met. I received very helpful advice from the sales personnel.

Again, as I visited the store last year and purchased a mattress, this visit was just as easy and the staff were very helpful and competent in their knowledge and care that they took to guide us through the process of viewing the item we wished to purchase through to the actual purchase. Will be going back to possibly purchase another item when our next project comes up! Nice not be "badgered" all the time when in store and nice to be made to feel at ease and not stressed!
