Staff were friendly and very helpful

Dean was very helpful, we used the dream machine and then Dean took us round to try the different mattresses, he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed.

Greeted at the door. Shown how to use the sleep match machine. Taken to the recommended mattresses and allowed to use with a tempur pillow with disposable paper cover. Allowed time to make decisions and offered refreshments while we completed the transaction.

Colin the representative was extremely knowledgable and helpful. At no point did we feel he was pushing for a sale and keep saying ‘take as much time as you like’! He then suggested which mattresses would be suitable for our needs!

We were offered a drink by a very pleasant salesman. We also found the bed we wanted within 5 minutes of entering the store, the salesman was very knowledgable about the trundle bed we bought and demonstrated how the trundle worked, I think his name was Tyrone, a very nice young man. Thank you it was so stress free.

Appreciated that we could enter the store and look around without someone jumping on us straight away. This gave us a chance to look for bed frames without feeling pressured. Once we had found a bed frame that my son liked we went to see Colin for help with choosing the right mattress. Colin was brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly and put my son at ease straight away. He wasn’t pushy and showed us all the price ranges. He had us all laughing throughout the process. We left feeling that we received great service.

Staff very helpful

The sales person who advised and helped was very knowledgeable about the bed I was looking for and advised on how it worked. The one problem was that the bed I actually wanted which was the remote lift of the ottoman , this was not working as the store was waiting for a replacement control. He however showed me the manual one and how good the storage was together with the firm base rather than the struts. He showed me the option of the two colours and choice of materials. When I returned the next day to order I looked for the sale person as he had been so helpful. Again he was polite, explained everything in detail and offered me a cup of coffee. I did not get his name unfortunately but her was an older gentleman. My only disappointment was that there was only one of these beds available and in only 2 materials and 1 style! I had been to Bensons and they had one bed but 3 different colours and 3 styles of headboard. With myself having fibromyalgia which is chronic pain, I cannot lift and close a manual ottoman bed. there are thousands of sufferers in this country I think more choice and promotion would help everyone
