Dean (Peterborough Maskew Ave store, the sales person who helped me, was great - he listened to what I wanted, showed and explained options that met my requirements, was visible but not pushy. I walked in the store to have a look, walked out buying a bed and mattress - and feel excited about my purchase

The store manager went above and beyond to make us feel at home in the store. Offered us a drink, ensured we got the best bed and didn't try to just sell us the most expensive product.

We were helped by two team members. The main one being Jacob. He was friendly and helpful and allowed us time to weigh up our options and test 'lots' of mattresses.

I walked into the store the salesman came to me. Took me to a machine bed to measure me for my bed.with the results he showed me my choices. I picked the one I wanted went to his desk where he took payment. Then he carried the mattress to my car. loaded it in my car and I was on my way home. I'm the type of person at 82 who dosn't like hanging about. At your store I didn't
