Friendly staff who approached me when I first entered the store and told me where I would find the products I was looking for. As I was leaving, another member of staff came over and discussed mattress options. He listened to me preferences and offered dmgood advice. Explained things like assembly and insurance but didn’t push these.

Gentleman was very knowledgeable, offered drinks on several occasions, used the special bed that helps you see which bed is best suited.

Shopped at the Peterborough store. Colin was fantastic. Good level of knowledge with the TV beds- made my children feel comfortable when they tried the sleep mattress machine. Friendly and didn’t pounce on us straight away in the shop- which as a customer I find very of putting and will stop me purchasing the items.

The customer service was excellent and fast, the team assisted with arranging faster delivery for us, which was crucial as we have just moved to the area and need to get into our property asap.

The sales person was welcoming and friendly and greeted us at the door. We were offered the opportunity to try Sleepmatch which we did as we weren’t entirely sure what we wanted in a mattress. We were then shown three mattresses which fitted our profile and were able to select one without feeling completely overwhelmed by choice. Great service! Thank you!

we liked the way we were able to choose the mattress that suited us and we then had a few to choose from and to test.The salesman Colin was very helpful and did not rush us at all.

Colin was very helpful, he was very patient with us and offered water and let us take as much time as we needed. We used the technology bed that shows what beds would be compatible with you and he explained it very well, I didn't know this was available.

My wife and I were highly satisfied with the overall experience of shopping in this store. The knowledge of the salesman (Tyrone) that served us was second to none and the attention he gave us was great. He didn't rush us at all. He guided us through which mattress would be suitable and we are really pleased with the bed and mattresses we chose. We were offered a bottle of water and coffee. Excellent.
