We were looked after by Dean - who was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. At no time did he try to "push" us into a purchase - oh, and he also made jolly good coffee! The use of the bed-syle/measuring machine was interesting and very useful although TBH, I'm pretty sure that Dean could have worked things out himself. Nonetheless, we made our purchase and the mattress arrived four days later delivered by the super strong and efficient Steve & Shane. They had taken the trouble to 'phone in advance to find out if the could come a bit earlier than the quoted time which was even better for us. They were very careful to wear bootees and maintain social distance etc and couldn't have been more helpful if they had tried including mattress advice etc. All three members of staff that we have come in contact with - Dean, Steve and Shane are a credit to your company.

We were guided through the range of mattresses suitable to our needs, first through use of the sleepmatch application, then by the store assistant, Colin. Colin was very knowledgeable about every mattress we tried and allowed us adequate time to assess each one. Colin who listened to our comments as we tried each of the sleepmatch suggested mattresses to further tailor our search to the mattress we eventually settled upon.

We researched what we wanted from dreams on line. We were shown what we requested in store. The mattress wasnt quite right and we were given good advice by staff member to help choose the correct mattress for us. Staff very helpful and curteous.

Store worker was very helpful when selecting a new mattress, once we'd completed the digital match and were shown the various suitable beds, he left us to it no pressure or hovering around.

All very good. Colin was first class. He listened and was knowledgable. He was patient and polite. He offered a drink snd for us to take our time. All the offers were very well presented. Delivery time was excellent.

Colin, sales representative understood our problem and took personal interest to shows us relevant products. He was very friendly and ensured a smooth service from showing the products to placing the order.

first impression on walking in store was very good. Clean, well spaced items and staff on hand to take you through procedures for each personal choice (husband and wife). No presure for purchase
