We were served by Wacas at the Peterborough Store, he was: - knowledgeable about the products; - there when we wanted to ask questions but didn't hassle us! - understood that we were on a time limit and processed our order speedily; - we were very impressed to receive such a quick delivery time (ordered Saturday, delivered Thursday) Very happy to recommend this colleague, thank you.

Svetlana was the assistant who helped us in Peterborough. She greeted us warmly, and was thorough, methodical and non-pushy, but always professional, courteous and polite. I had absolutely no intention of making a purchase on the day, but, such was the help, service and attention we received from Svetlana, the act of make a purchase, of a reasonable significant amount of money, was a pleasure, rather than a necessity. It is for that reason the sale was completed, on that day, with Dreams. Usually i am a creature of habit and make easy decisions ( such as buying the same mattress again),but using the sleep simulator, and in the Svetlana's capable hands, we felt informed and reassured and confident of the purchase we made.

Great choice of beds and we used the device to tell us which bed was best suited and found this really helpfull
