When I first rang Dreams, the lady I was speaking with was helpful but as I began to ask many questions and I was dithering she seemed impatient and not long afterwards I got cut off. I couldn’t believe it. I felt like saying’I am not a time waster, I genuinely want to buy a bed or two’. I did ring back and the gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful. He put me in touch with your Peterborough branch and the gentleman who answered the phone there was also very helpful indeed. I made an appointment with Aaron to view beds. My visit to your Peterborough store was a great success.

We received excellent service, we went into the Peterborough store on Sunday and our new mattress was delivered on Wednesday we love it .

The colleague at the store was kind and helpful and keen to support, without being pushy or hitting the 'aggressive' salesman stereotype. As a result our 0lan to get more information on what type of mattress we wanted and we're looking for became a purchase. The mattress has been delivered and the delivery team were brilliant. They called with updates on their arrival, arrived early, were considerate of our pets and our daughter.

Dean was very helpful and knowledgeable and we felt at ease and not pushed into purchasing.
