Tyrone had a fantastic knowledge and made sure to find out exactly what we were after so that he could find us the perfect bed and mattress. He made sure to make us feel relaxed by offering us drinks when we first got in the store and by bringing us pillows so that we could get a better feel for the mattress we were trying

Jacob the shop assistant was excellent, neither pushy or distant, helpfully and objectively answered questions in an easy to understand manner. He was friendly put us at ease with a cuppa and helped us select the product that suited us best

I was served by a gentleman called Daniel and although it was his last day he was still very helpful I had what I would consider a limited budget and although he couldn't get it under my budget I only went over by £35 and that was with the discount. I then asked him about a mattress thinking for my bed and again my budget is not as large as the mattress and he was able to discount it slightly however, it was still over my budget and the conversation ensued with the manager and the manager was able to give me a good discount. Therefore in my eyes customer satisfaction was a very high priority and this is what I received

Well originally I only went in for a bed and I had a budget however it was £35 over budget but that was due to the taking away of the bed itself that put the price over my budget. I also got myself a new mattress and the company were flexible as to the price of it as well so all in all I was extremely delighted
