The product knowledge of the sales person was faultless. He explained everything, showing us just the items which fitted our criteria, which in our case was two beds, but also made suggestions as to further items, both expensive and much reduced sale items, both of which we purchased.

Vince, the member of staff, was very polite and helpful. He answered all of our questions directly and gave us time to think about the various options.

The salesman (Vince) was very knowledgable and extremely helpful without being pushy. He showed us all the products we asked about and similar items that he thought would suit our needs. He quoted us and we went home the discuss and decide. The following day I returned to see Vince and placed an order based on his recommendation

Jacob (I think thats his name) was very helpful and accommodating, he also had good knowledge of what was available and where it was located in the store which made life a little easier.
