Sakes manager listened to what I wanted and my price constraints, explained the different types of mattress and showed me a wide variety of beds until i found what I wanted.

Sales Assistant very pleasant and knowledgeable about all the stock on display. Narrowed our requirements down and then showed us beds meeting our criteria. Felt slightly rushed (busy time) but all our concerns on the various options were competently answered which put our minds at rest. Offered a nice hot drink whilst we placed our order. Have never slept so well, as on the cloud pillow recommended and taken on the day so all bodes well for the actual bed when it arrives.

Having seen the adverts on TV ref.sales prices a little surprised to see there was not a lot of goods in the lower price bracket (we are pensioners so don't have a lot of money to spare) However, we are pleased with the reduction we got.

Apparent willingness of staff to provide a good price, this included picking up on me being eligible for a military discount through conversation.

All staff were very knowledgeable friendly and approachable. There was always someone available if needed. They were also good at making themselves known, then leaving you alone which I also find important. If the staff member did not know about an item they were able to get someone else more knowledgeable to answer any questions. The variety was very good, but the choice in the lower price range (below £500) was more limited. If it wasn't for the sale our choice would have been very few new or the clearance range from ex display or 40 night test returns. I liked the way the beds were organised in firmnes with colour coding. The knowledge and advice from the staff helped us make our final decision between the three choices we were looking at. We were offered tea or drinks during our visit and had an overall great experience. Thanks to all!

From entering the store to our final purchase we were looked after when we wanted to be and left alone when we needed it. The overall experience has been very satisfying and the customer service was second to none, the store manager made himself available for some of the questions we had and provided a welcoming atmosphere.

Welcoming and extremely-knowledgeable and helpful staff. Range of products. Speed of delivery when ordered. Light, airy, customer toilets, nice coffee.

Jake had excellent knowledge of the products and made the experience easy.
