Am new to this area and the team was very helpful.they made me feel at home as moving to this side of England am not familiar with layouts but from the moment I entered the store i had some one looking after me and the store manager he knows everything about each item in that store i was impressed, and the price was value for money.come to dreams for that ultimate shopping experience.

Jacob was very patient with my disabled son, and assisted him getting on the beds. We were offered coffee. We were happy with his help and advice. Sharon who was a temp was so very helpful with assisting us with pillows and gave my son a piece of cake. A very pleasant experience, having a disability often makes things difficult but Jakes attitude was exemplory.

The style of bed we were looking for was easy to find and there were a few models available. The staff approached but were not pushy and we always on hand. We went away to go and compare and then came back to purchase. The man who had assisted us before was available right away. It was a very comfortable experience all in all.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice welcome, lovely drinks and Tyrone was very helpful explaining the sales and delivery process.

Tyrone was helpful, knowledgeable and patient in demonstrating products, explaining the way they operated, going through the various options and allowing us to take the swatch samples to see which fabric worked best in our rooms. There was never any pressure to buy.

After visiting so another local store where not one member of staff talked to me I decided to go to Dreams. Straight away a lovely lady asked if we needed any help. She was very nice but couldn't answer all of my questions so pasted me onto someone that could. Very good service and they all made me feel comfortable.
