Dreams - Peterborough

We have been to Dreams before and returned because we knew they had a broad selection and also the staff have always been very helpful. Never feeling rushed to make an important and expensive decision is always a plus.

You had exactly what we were looking for at an amazing price. Delivery is free & although you couldn't deliver within 5 days, the price still allowed us to buy an inflatable bed for our visitors this weekend! Excellent service from Vic. Thank you.

Needed new mattress but options seemed almost too many. However, the staff member who dealt with us was extremely knowledgeable and easily guided us through the choices. The benefits of each type was clearly explained along with further options for extras. All in all a painless experience , not what I had been expecting.

Very helpful advice given by Tyrone. Wanted to look around other shops to compare prices. We were not put under pressure to buy there & then but having looked at other products in other shops we went back to Dreams. Good product at a good price with free delivery sealed the deal along with friendly & knowledgeable staff.

A large number of items were available to view and try out. Good interaction with sales person.

Salesman Good, Ordering easy and very specific with delivery date and times. Item arrived on specific date and within 2 hour time slot as informed by the E-Mails sent on previous days. All staff encountered from sales to delivery friendly and helpful.

It was a quiet time during the week and staff were readily available to assist us and spend time talking which made the experience as good as it was was.
