Dreams - Peterborough

The Sales Manager who spoke with us, Tyrone was friendly and knowledgeable about the different firmness of beds. I was buying a mattress for my mother after buying one for myself over year ago. Same good service as before.

Friendly welcome. We had been the week before to try out beds and after visiting other stores we felt Dreams gave good value for money, were customer friendly and we really like the bed we decided to buy.

Salesman was friendly and knowledgable. There were plentiful probucts available to test. Ability to try the product at home and change after a month if desired, was a big incentive to buy from Dreams.

The salesman who served us was very helpful and polite, and he made us a coffee and hot chocolate.👍

Colin, who assisted us in making an informed choice was very understanding of our needs and at no time did we feel pressured. He made us feel very welcome (even made us tea) and spent a lot of time explaining the choices (over and over again when we kept asking questions without sounding in the least bit annoyed) Came away feeling very positive about "Dreams"

I walked into the store after having looked at a bed online but wasn't 100% sure of what I actually wanted. Shortly after walking into the store I was asked by Jake if I needed any help, I explained what I had been looking at online and he showed me all the options that were available for my requirements. He was very patient with me as I was very indecisive and he made the process much easier for me :)

We’re met by Dean at the Peterborough branch who was not only very knowledgeable but spent a great deal of time making sure we selected a mattress that was just right for us. I can’t wait for it to arrive.

Even though the salesman was serving another customer he acknowledged that we were there so we new that he would be with us as soon as he became available. knowledgeable on product and overall was friendly and polite.
