Was assisted by Vincent doran who was very good in showing the products in the store explained every thing about the bed is ordered and tried loads of mattresses he new asked me what firmness I preferred then new exactly what mattress is would like . He is very good at his work friendly made the experience choosing very relaxed and credit to your team

He was very friendly,. Made us a cup of tea gave us a comfortable pillow Left us to talk privately to our self ,was very please with the service he gave us .

Clear explanation of the differences in products and styles. Took time to show us the range of mattresses and options. Helped us to understand the important size differences. Detailed the delivery, assembly and clearance of old terms.

The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable, I wouldn't shop for a bed anywhere else.

Tyrone was really helpful, had great product knowledge wasn't pushy but was proactive in asking the right questions. We didn't feel rushed and went away completely pleased with our choice. He made sure he highlighted what we needed to know and clearly explained everything. We will definitely choose Dreams again for our next purchase.

We were greeted at door by Colin who gave us a while to look around then came and asked If we needed help, he was very knowledgable as we wanted a bed, we tried many, then decided which one we wanted, he told us all about guarantee & extras also pillows & sheets. The delivery time was great also having it put up was also very helpful. We had a lovely cup of coffee & having a customer loo was excellent.we now look forward to receiving our bed and having many sleepful nights. Colin was exceptional in his work and a credit to the company.

we were dealt with quickly but were not rushed in our choice the paperwork took no time at all and we were offered coffee etc as this was being done.we had brought same sample wallpaper in to match our new bed and the staff even helped us with that
