Dreams - Peterborough

On walking into the store we weren't immediately pounced upon to see if we wanted help. When approached Dean the salesman was polite and very helpful, he seemed to have good knowledge and didn't push us to the most expensive mattresses. We were offered Tea or coffee, giving pillows and Dean spent as much time with us as needed. At no time though did we feel pressurised.

We came into this branch three times in relation to this purchase, thinking through the options and the other competitive options from other stores. Dean, our salesman took a great deal of time and effort to understand our separate needs and wants for a bed. He was flexible, informative and reacted to our chaining needs. Each time we came, he demonstrated this and recommended the best deal for us.

Tyrone was brilliant. So welcoming when we walked in. Explained things very clearly so we understood what we were looking at etc.we were taking around all the different mattresses and explained what each was.

Aaron the salesman was top drawer, knowledgable and friendly making the experience of buying a bed more enjoyable. The store was clean tidy and well layed out. An all round good experience.

We came to the shop and were given brief about all best mattresses we were asking about. The man who was helping us was very kind.

I had a great day during my shopping at Dreams the guy who help us was very nice we felt very confident to tell him what we need and he was so helpful to our requests.

We entered this store looking for a new mattress. We were given the time alone to look around and try without feeling pressured. Our salesman called Dean approached us just at the right time, as at this point we were struggling to make a choice. He provided us with the best advice to which mattress to choose for our needs and threw in a deal to go with it. We both left feeling very happy :)

The assistant Colin was really helpful, and he arranged a discount with no problem.
