Colin was very knowledgeable and passionate. I feel he understands that customer service is first then selling comes when the customer has brought into him.

after having tried a few mattresses we were approached by a very friendly young man called reece who asked if we needed any help.we asked a few questions about our choice of mattress and divan which he answered very knowledgably.we were offered a drink if we would like one while we were completing the sale..we left the shop feeling completely happy with the service

Our sales man Jake Rook absolutely made this experience for us. We weren’t particularly looking forward to searching for a bed but that changed when Jake showed us around. We were searching for a very specific type of bed and mattress and without knowing what that was he helped us figure out what our requirements were. We walked around trying out matresses with a pillow and a coffee which was great! We didn’t feel pushed into anything just really informed of what was best for us. We would highly recommend this store and especially jake for all his help. We can’t wait to get our new bed! Thank you so much!

Visited dreams in Peterborough and found my ideal bed. Reece was really helpful and polite. Offered me refreshments while I waited. Would definitely recommend family and friends and would make future purchases!

I was served by Dean during my visit who had a broad and thorough knowledge of the beds and mattresses and spent time with myself and parents ensuring I was completely satusfied that the items purchased met my needs. I was incredibly grateful of his expertise, professionalism and the time he spent with us in store, and all at nearing store closure time. The hot chocolate we were provided with was fab too!

We were in and out of the shop in under 45 minutes. We did not have to wait around for anything and the store assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We were very 😃 happy with the service provided by Dean, his knowledge of beds 🛏 and mattress’s knows no bounds, he was so helpful,with such a good sense of humour we don’t think we would have purchased the products we did without his outstanding service. From the start he was helpful but not pushy, and answered all our questions with ease and was very patient with us, we tried so many mattresses and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would have no trouble recommending my family and friends to go there and ask for his assistance. Dean gave us a great deal and we well satisfied with, everything we purchased and the proposed delivery date.
